EIP’s Farmers Needs Assessment 2023

Excited to share our latest report on challenges faced by Indian smallholder farmers. Despite being overlooked by many, these farmers represent a massive market—600 million globally, with 150 million in India alone. Investing in their productivity not only brings economic, environmental, and social benefits but also opens new markets and innovation opportunities in agriculture. At Evergreen Innovation Platform, we're bridging the trust gap between smallholder farmers and innovators, working closely with partners like The Lemelson Foundation and The Agri-Entrepreneur Growth Foundation (AEGF) to support farmers in India.
